The hotel feels neglected. it's outdated with rooms that don't match the online photos. No microwaves or irons in the Standard King Room, and I couldn't find a working ice machine. Despite its prime location, the pricing isn't justified considering the lack of expected amenities and cleanliness issues. Other guests left trash outside not even bothering with bins, which gave off a neglected vibe.
