The location was perfect for attending the
coliseum events, making everything very accessible. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the pillows were quite flat and didn't provide much support throughout the night.

close proximity to the coliseum, easy parking, recent updates to room style
Check-in process needs optimization to avoid long wait times!!! Cleaning staff should be more attentive to ensure rooms are ready before check-in time!!! Lighting in the rooms could use modernization to improve ambiance!!!

perfect base for exploring greensboro's parks and attractions
the proximity to the greensboro coliseum complex made it super easy to enjoy events, while the nearby wet'n wild emerald pointe offered a fun day out in the park, perfect for weekend strolls.

missingWrote a review on Aug 17outdated facilities
The hotel feels neglected. it's outdated with rooms that don't match the online photos. No microwaves or irons in the Standard King Room, and I couldn't find a working ice machine. Despite its prime location, the pricing isn't justified considering the lack of expected amenities and cleanliness issues. Other guests left trash outside not even bothering with bins, which gave off a neglected vibe.

A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Our family enjoyed a comfortable overnight stay. The room was spacious and the A/C worked perfectly. However, be prepared for possible wait times if there's an event. we had to delay our check-in. Pro tip, try to arrive after 4 PM to avoid long lines!
